As you may know, we create make-to-order garments. That means we cannot offer returns for our pre-order merchandise.
So what happens if you are not 100% happy with your garment?
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to reach out to us and request an exchange. We will work with you to make sure the item is to your satisfaction, including making tailoring and fit suggestions.
If nothing can be done to correct the garment, we can exchange the goods for another style, pending material availability of the garment of your choice. There will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any differences in price.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
